ETNOMARK utilizes an ethnography marketing approach to dig deep into the branding problem at hand and then construct an actionable solution using the collected insights.

Our Founder

Prof. Amalia E. Maulana, Ph.D. is a Professor of Marketing at BINUS Business School, BINUS University, Jakarta, Indonesia. She is also a faculty member at IPMI International Business School.

Prof. Amalia has gained over 15 years of experience working as a professional in branding, including as a key leader in multinational companies such as Unilever Indonesia, Frisian Flag Indonesia, Reckitt & Colman Indonesia, Nutricia Indonesia, and Insights Asia.

In 2006, Amalia founded ETNOMARK Consulting, a branding consultancy grounded in ethnography marketing. Despite initial challenges, she remained committed to promoting ethnography through education, research, and publications.
